- 1 egg
- 2 bananas
- 150 g wheat flour
- 150 ml milk
- 80g caster sugar
- 60 ml sunflower (or vegetable) oil
- 8 g baking powder
- 7 g of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 large tablespoon of white vinegar
- 1 non-stick pan
- 1 large plate
- 1 whip
- 1 bowl
Preparation: 5 mins - Cooking: 25 min - For 4 people
1. Put a tablespoon of sugar in the pan.
2. Peel two bananas.
3. Cut the bananas into slices and place them in the pan.
4. Crack the egg into the bowl.
5. Add a pinch of salt.
6. Add the vanilla sugar.
7. Put 60 g of powdered sugar.
8. Whisk everything in the bowl.
9. Pour 150 ml of milk.
10. Whisk again with the whisk.
11. Add 60 ml of sunflower oil while continuing to whisk.
12. Pour in the wheat flour and the baking powder little by little.
13. Continue to mix everything with the whisk.
14. Add the tablespoon of white vinegar to the mixture.
15. Pour the mixture into the pan over the bananas.
16. Cook for 20 minutes over low heat and put the lid on.
17. Using the large plate, turn the cake over.
18. Cook the other side of the cake for 3 to 4 minutes over low heat without a lid.
