As its name suggests, the Phorrito is a sandwich that mixes the ingredients of the Pho soup in a burrito (a wheat tortilla which in its traditional version consists of meat, red beans, tomatoes, spices, pepper, onion, etc.). Concretely, we garnish a tortilla with chicken, notebook (lean beef), camarons (shrimp) or, for the vegan version, tofu, and we add bean sprouts, basil and coriander ( Yum !). We obviously savor everything with a curry-pineapple, mint-coconut (for fans of sweet and salty), soy or hoisin (spicy) sauce. For the greediest, we let ourselves be tempted by extras like the hot Plantin banana. And for dessert it will be… cookies! What do we like?
