The name of Big Fernand necessarily means something to you! 100% French, with minced meat on site and homemade fries, the fast-food chain has quickly established itself on the market. The restaurants combine quality and generosity since, once again this year, they are teaming up with the (very) famous chef Christophe Michalak for a solidarity action. The idea? Create a limited edition burger, the profits of which will be entirely donated to Gustave Roussy, the first center to fight against cancer, located in the Paris region. Do a solidarity action while enjoying a chef's burger? We love the idea!
Chef Michalak quickly agreed to leave his kitchen, the time to design "Le Gustave", a vegetarian burger specially made for the solidarity operation. On the menu ? Fried aubergines (to replace the meat), accompanied by fresh pear, walnuts, candied onions and Bleu des Causses (cheese), all topped with a little honey and sweet mayonnaise (uncle sauce, for insiders)… Yum! And to make us want to come and savor this new recipe, the chef explains its preparation in a video available on Big Fernand's official YouTube account. The operation takes place from December 18 to 22, 2017, and the fundraising will be broadcast live on Facebook. On the price side, there are 12 € for a taste of “Le Gustave” (i.e. a donation of 12 €)…
Attention, it's this week only, in all the Big Fernand in France!
