Preparation
To start, cut your meat into pieces that you will put in a casserole dish. Season with salt, pepper, and 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Gently brown the veal.
Meanwhile, take care of the accompaniment.
Peel your onions, slice them, then brown them with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Peel your tomatoes, cut the peppers into strips, crush the garlic, and add everything to the preparation. Also add the herbs, salt and pepper.
In the casserole, pour the 2 glasses of white wine before simmering for about thirty minutes.
Take the opportunity to boil your olives in water for about 5 minutes, before pouring them into the casserole.
Once the cooking is finished, you can present your preparation in a dish.
