Salmon and asparagus cake

Ingredients for a cake

  • 3 eggs
  • Sunflower oil
  • 60g Comté cheese
  • 14cl of milk
  • 60g fresh goat cheese
  • 200g fresh salmon
  • 160g flour
  • ½ sachet of yeast

Preparation

Start by cutting your salmon into small pieces, then brown it in a pan with a little butter. Salt and pepper to taste.

Heat the milk in a saucepan.

In a container, pour the flour and dig a fountain. In the hollow, add your eggs, as well as the flour and the yeast. Mix it while gradually adding the lukewarm milk and 50ml of sunflower oil.

Add the pieces of salmon to the mixture, and pour everything into your cake pan. Place in oven thermostat 6, 180°C for 45min.
