Sautéed ham on the bone in a vegetable ragout

Cut the ham into cubes of about 1 cm and a half,

Peel and degerm the garlic, coarsely chop.

Peel and coarsely chop the onion.

Peel and coarsely chop the ginger.

Peel and seed the tomatoes, coarsely chop.

Peel and coarsely chop the shallot.

Wash and cut the zucchini into large dice.

Heat the peanut oil in a frying pan or large sauté pan.

Put all the elements in the chopper (medium grid and not in the blender) except the ham and add to the pan over medium heat, let these ingredients melt gently for 15 minutes, then add the nuoc-man, and the beef broth, leave gently simmer for 25-30 minutes.
