Quiches as an aperitif or as an evening meal, we want more.
This accompanies your meals of salads or buffets with friends.
It is made with zucchini, onions and goat cheese and it costs 3 times nothing.
Super easy to make, it's also quick to prepare.

For 4 people
- 1 puff pastry
- 3 courgettes
- 3 onions
- 25 cl of cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 log of goat cheese
- olive oil
- basil, salt, pepper
1. Peel and finely chop the onions.
2. Wash and cut the courgettes into rounds.
3. Brown the onions and zucchini in a pan with a little olive oil.
4. Wash and chop a few basil leaves.
5. Mix everything in the pan.
6. In a container, mix the cream with the eggs.
7. Salt and pepper to taste.
8. Roll out and prick the dough into a mold.
9. Place the cheese cut into 8 to 10 slices on the dough, so as not to fill the entire bottom.
10. Add the vegetables, then the egg-cream mixture on top.
11. Bake at 180° (th.6) for 30 to 40 min.
There you go, your quiche is ready :-)
It's an easy and very economical recipe that everyone loves!
If you want to make it a main course, accompany this quiche with a salad of gizzards and croutons. Note that chicken gizzards are cheaper than duck gizzards :-)
