- 200 g of fresh button mushrooms

- 1 puff pastry

- 1/2 onions

- 2 tablespoons heavy cream

- garlic powder

- a pinch of parsley

- salt, pepper

- butter

- pie pan

How to

1. Preheat the oven to 180°.

2. Meanwhile, wash the mushrooms.

3. Cut the mushrooms and onion into thin strips.

4. In the pan, melt a little butter.

5. Add, according to your taste, salt, pepper, garlic and parsley.

6. Once it's hot, throw the onions in the pan.

7. When the onions are golden, add the mushrooms.

8. Let them cook for a few minutes.
