- 4 eggs
- 250 g of flour
- 150g of sugar
- 250 g of butter
- 1 beater
- 1 spatula
- 1 whip
- 1 cake tin
- 1 salad bowl
1. Preheat the oven to 160°.
2. Melt the butter and let cool.
3. Separate the egg whites and yolks.
4. In a bowl, put the yolks and the sugar.
5. Whisk them until the mixture whitens and becomes frothy.
6. Pour the melted butter into the bowl.
7. Add the flour little by little and stir with the spatula.
8. Whisk the egg whites.
9. Gently fold the egg whites into the batter.
10. Pour the batter into a buttered cake tin.
11. Bake for about 40 to 50 minutes.
And There you go ! Your ultra soft pound cake is already ready :-)
