Ingredients

- 375 g wheat flour T55 or T45

- 5 g dry or fresh baker's yeast

- 1 teaspoon of fine salt

- 30 cl of lukewarm water

- wooden spoon

- large salad bowl

- 1 clean tea towel

How to

Preparation: 5 mins - Cooking: 20 min - For 2 baguettes

1. Put all the ingredients in the salad bowl.

2. With the wooden spoon, mix the ingredients until you get a sticky dough.

3. Preheat the oven to 40° then turn it off.

4. Cover the bowl with the tea towel and put it in the oven off for an hour.

5. Remove the bowl from the oven when the dough has doubled in size.

6. Now divide the dough in half on the work surface.

7. Form the two baguettes with your hands by adding a little flour.

8. Before baking, cut the top of your baguettes with the tip of a knife.

9. Put the baguettes in the oven for 20 min at 240°C, placing a glass of water on the drip pan.

10. Take them out as soon as they are golden brown.

Cover the bowl and then leave to ferment for several days, away from drafts.
