This is how you make a cauliflower pizza crust
– Grind cauliflower florets from one cauliflower in a food processor until you are left with crumbs (cauliflower rice). One third of a cauliflower is enough for one large pizza base.
– Mix in 80 grams of almond flour, three eggs and 1 spoon of oregano. Of course you can choose other herbs to taste.
– Bake the mixture on a baking tray in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes until a crispy bottom.
