- 100 g oat biscuits
- 400 g yogurt
- 8 notes
- 4 Zespri SunGold kiwifruit
- 4 spoons of honey or agave syrup (optional)
Preparation method
- Peel the Zespri SunGold kiwis and cut them into equal cubes. Roughly chop the nuts. Crush the biscuits and divide the crumbs and nuts among the 4 glasses. Top with yogurt and honey (optional).
- Top with pieces of kiwi and put the glasses in the fridge until you serve them.
