Recipe:Greek filo dough packets

With these Greek filo dough packages you can taste the Greek sun, even if you are doing a staycation. Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of filo dough with almonds
  • 100 g butter

Filling

  • 1 pack of Pulled Oats® Tomato
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2/3 bunch of fresh thyme

Sauce

  • 1 pack of full-fat yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 50 g feta

Preparation method

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Measure the ingredients for the sauce and place in a bowl. Crumble the feta, add to the sauce and mix. Let it rest for a while to let the flavors infuse.
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Cut the filo dough into squares of 10 by 10 cm. Spread the top layer with butter and place another square on top. Fill with a spoonful of Pulled Oats, half a cherry tomato and thyme. Fold the corners up to completely pack the filling. Brush the parcels with butter and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Serve with the sauce.
