As its name suggests, this recipe is made with a classic pancake batter, once cooked in a pan, they are layered in a dish and garnished with the preparation of your choice (bolognese, salmon, leeks, spinach, bacon, etc.) , without forgetting the famous béchamel.
Skip this step, just cook everything in the oven for about twenty minutes, at 190° rotating heat. Tips:a few minutes before the end you can switch to grill mode,your pancake lasagna will be as creamy as you want !
