This season we want good little ultra-comforting dishes and quick to make... that's good the soup tick all the boxes. First of all there is the essential thrifty , choose it with a smooth blade to cleanly peel your vegetables, without damaging them. Once this step is over, you must of course properly clean your products with a vegetable brush . To cut them, opt for a stainless steel knife , perfect for cutting large vegetables. Then, to keep all their vitamins and nutrients, nothing beats steaming, the casserole with a steamer basket is ideal.
