We eat and drink more consciously. That often means less, but better. Within the aperitif category, this also translates into a more conscious use of alcohol. The demand for low-alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks has increased significantly in recent years. With Martini Non-Alcoholic, Martini comes with two variants – Martini Non-Alcoholic Vibrante and Martini Non-Alcoholic Floreale.
100% Natural
Martini Non-Alcoholic is made from the same wines as the ones from which the Martini vermouths are composed. The new expressions are de-alcoholized during the production process and then infused with a selection of aromatic herbs and plants. The result is a tasteful, alcohol-free, 100% natural and typical Italian aperitif.
Vibrant &Floreale
Martini Non-Alcoholic is available in two varieties. The ruby red Martini Non-Alcoholic Vibrante has the most fruity character of the two and is characterized by notes of Italian bergamot. His golden sister; Martini Non-Alcoholic Floreale tastes a bit sweeter and more floral (hence the name) and has a hint of chamomile.
How to drink?
The recommended way to fully enjoy Martini Non-Alcoholic is in a 50/50 ratio with tonic and in a large balloon glass filled with ample ice. A slice of orange is highly recommended for finishing both Vibrante and Floreale with tonic. Pure over ice is also possible, for those who want to fully experience the complexity of these new expressions. Experts may prefer to go all out and use the new Martini Non-Alcoholic in innovative mixes. Such as the Martini Non-Alcoholic Sunset Spritz, which consists of 50 ml Martini NonAlcoholic Floreale, 25 ml pineapple juice, 10 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice and ample tonic. Of course over ice in a coppa glass and finished with a sprig of mint, a slice of lime, a slice of lemon and a pinch of salt.
