Entirely in line with the Frites Atelier tradition of following the seasons of the year, Sergio Herman has once again started looking for new flavor combinations for Seasonal Frites Specials. Inspired by his previous travels, he created two completely different specials. Two delicious and both vegetarian new specials:'Creamy Cheese &Kimchi Please' and 'We Go French'.
Creamy Cheese &Kimchi Please
The special we will be launching this autumn combines the full flavor of spicy kimchi with creamy melted cheese, pickled vegetables and finely chopped Jalapeño pepper.
We Go French
Slowly our taste longs for the next season. That's why Sergio came up with a special with our homemade truffle mayonnaise of black truffle from the French region 'Périgord', shallot, mustard leaf and freshly roasted hazelnuts.
