Tacos anyone? And no, we are not talking about the Mexican variant. This Poké Perfectly curated taco recipe in poké style is actually an old classic with a new look. And a must-try for enthusiasts who also want to impress with their cooking skills. This recipe is easy to prepare at home and on the table in no time. Let's go!
Requirements:
180g sushi rice
120g sushi quality salmon
3 sheets of nori
½ avocado
½ Jalapeño
90g chuka wakame (seaweed salad)
3 tsp black/white sesame seeds
Requirements marinade:
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp water
1 tsp sriracha
1 tsp mirin
6 rings of red pepper
Preparation method:
1. Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the package and cut the salmon with a sharp knife into cubes of about 1x1cm;
2. Then prepare the marinade by mixing the soy sauce, sesame oil, apple cider vinegar, water, sriracha and mirin in a bowl with a small whisk;
3. Finely chop the red pepper rings and mix them with the marinade. Let it soak for the best result;
4. Then put the marinade and salmon cubes in a bowl and mix everything well so that the marinade can set;
5. Cover the bowl and put it in the fridge for 10 minutes;
6. In the meantime, take the nori sheets and cut six circles with a diameter of 10 cm;
7. Cut the avocado into cubes and the jalepeno into slices.
8. Then take the chopped nori and take a spoon. Press the sushi rice onto the tray with the back of a spoon and continue until there is a thin layer of rice on the nori;
9. Spoon 15 grams of wakame into each taco and then place 15 grams of marinated salmon and a few slices of jalapeno on top;
10. And last, but not least, sprinkle with the black/white sesame seeds.
