Wash the apples, take your peeler, and peel them. Then cut them into small cubes. Peel and then grate your kohlrabi. Mix everything in a salad bowl and add the peeled walnuts and sesame seeds.
Sprinkle with lemon juice which will prevent the apples from darkening.
It is best to prepare the sauce separately to prevent the salad from going soft.
Mix a teaspoon of sugar with lemon juice until it dissolves, then add 4 tablespoons of walnut oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
