That's it, sunny days have arrived and we want to eat FRESH! Here is a simple, quick and economical recipe for making delicious iced and milky fruit candies.
Heat, Heat today, I really want to cool off with a good ice cream. Yes but... one, the commercial ones are full of calories and additives, two, I just want a quick treat and three, I'm too lazy to go to the supermarket.
Never mind, I discovered a delicious little recipe for frozen candies that you will tell me about.
Arm yourself with yoghurt or cottage cheese, sugars or preferably a substitute (honey, stevia...), a few pieces of fruit according to your desire and ice cube trays (mine are heart-shaped... too cute!)
1. I first mix 3 yogurts with 2 tablespoons of liquid honey.
2. I fill my ice cube trays with my mixture but not too much either because I will add the fruit later.
3. In each mini compartment I add your choice:half a strawberry cut lengthwise, a quarter of an apricot, a cherry (pitted or not), a few currants, a raspberry, etc. It's like vou-voul in fact!
4. And here it is in the freezer! It's finish. You just have to be patient.
In addition to the choice of fruit, it is also possible to add other ingredients:powdered chocolate, cinnamon, cardamom, mint leaves, orange blossom or rose blossom syrup, lavender blossom or fragrant violet.
I also like, sometimes, to add a drop of lemon, lavender or mint essential oil to my yogurt-honey mixture, for example.

If you try this devilishly delicious experience, do not hesitate to come and leave me a little comment afterwards to tell me your impressions :)
For around 48 candies, this recipe won't cost you more than €1. I evaluate two candies for a classic ice cream cone because even if the quantity is not the same, after two candies you are already full.
24 ice cream cones on the market will cost a minimum of €6 and one you will certainly not lose weight and two of its cones are stuffed with preservatives and other additives that we would do well without. Better to make €5 savings from time to time.
