Homemade low-carb bread variant? I'm done with it all the time. Several bakes later I have to admit that I am simply not a kitchen princess. I just don't bake any of the baked goods that others sell me on the internet and which they apparently like. There will undoubtedly come a period when I will try something again, but for now I will stop with the homemade low-carbohydrate bread variant and go again for my slow cooker variant of bread. Because that's really nice! Not so healthy, but heavenly 😉 . Curious? Check the link below.

In the past two weeks I have tried three times to put a kind of homemade low-carbohydrate bread variant on the table. The result? Unable to eat up to three times. A piece of homemade low-carbohydrate bread variant that you can take a bite of. Then wring your mouth in all sorts of twists and turns to get out of that bitter aftertaste. So not to eat. The only advantage that my own low-carb baking brought with it was that I was able to bully my children with it. The smell that came out of the oven the first time was fantastic. And when I also conjured up a cake tin from the oven my adolescent was standing next to me, mouth watering. He couldn't wait to sink his teeth into it. And although I am very keen on that with normal baking, I let it do its thing this time….
That face 😉, that in itself was worth the time investment, hahaha.

What I can recommend, by the way, is the bircher muesli that I sometimes make or the pancakes of egg and banana, the best healthy pancake recipe!
