Do you like king prawns?
Me too ! As an appetizer, starter or main course, I love these large prawns.
But where I prefer them is when they are slightly spicy. They are then simply divine...

When I use frozen prawns, I thaw them in their packaging in the open air or in the refrigerator. Once thawed, I take them out of their packaging, drain them in a colander and then wipe them with paper towels.
