Ingredients for 8 people

- 5 large eggs

- 75g brown sugar

- 5 g lemon extract

- 10 g liquid vanilla

- 500g skimmed milk

How to

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2. Crack the eggs into a blender.

3. Add milk, sugar, vanilla and lemon extract.

4. Mix for 1 min.

5. Pour the mixture into small ramekins like these.

6. Put them in a larger dish half filled with water.

7. Place the dish in the oven for 30 min.

8. Stick the blade of a knife into the flan. If it comes out clean, the flan is cooked. If not, leave the flan in the oven for a few more minutes and repeat the knife test.

9. Take the dish out of the oven.

10. Remove the ramekins from the dish.

11. Let the flan cool.

Result

There you go, your light lemon flan is already ready :-)
