Put the milk to boil with the vanilla pod. Put the eggs and the sugar in a bowl, stir vigorously until you obtain a white and frothy cream, add the flour and oil to the mixture, then, still mixing well, add the milk.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (th.5).
Butter a mold with fairly high edges, such as a springform pan, and line it with the dough.
Bake. Monitor the cooking by inserting the blade of a knife into the dough. As soon as it comes out without any trace, the cake is cooked (about 25 minutes).
My advice:This recipe was given to me by my mother. The cake wrapped in a sheet of aluminum foil and put in a cool place can be kept for several days. It goes well with a cream, a flan etc.
