To revel in these marvels, you will have to go for a walk in Texas, in the city of Plano more precisely. At the origin of this tasty idea? The Texas establishment State Fair Treats, specializing in carnival food. These little geniuses have decided to sell these new kind of fries in their restaurant all year round! Non-stop fried cookies, what a joy… If the taste remains the same, the sauces change:instead of the usual ketchup, mayo and mustard, you can dip your cookies in jam or melted chocolate. Yum yum!
Restaurant manager Isaac Rousso can be proud of his invention. Indeed, the latter (and unsurprisingly) won the title of "Most Creative" at the Big Tex Choice Awards this year. Building on its success, other restaurants could be opened in the rest of the country during 2017. Enough to give him the fries (it was easy…)!
