We would like the children to eat all the vegetables.
Even spinach! And that's not always easy.
But the spinach associated with pasta with ham, in gratin, it immediately goes better.
And it's good and balanced without being expensive.
Contents
- 250 g of small pasta (shells, penne, mini-butterflies...)
- 4 slices of cooked ham
- 400g of spinach cooked on the branch
- 3 eggs
- 30 cl of milk
- grated cheese
- salt, pepper, nutmeg
1. Preheat your oven to 180° (th.6)
2. Meanwhile, cook your pasta and drain.
3. Cook and drain your spinach.
4. Cut your ham into cubes or strips, as desired.
5. In a container, mix the eggs with the milk.
6. Season this mixture with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
7. Butter a baking dish.
8. Place the spinach in the bottom of the dish then the ham, the pasta and cover with the egg mixture and grated cheese.
9. Brown for about 30 minutes.
There you go, your spinach pasta gratin is ready :-)
Simple, fast and easy!
In addition, it is a very economical and balanced complete meal.
